1 INDICATIONS AND USAGE Drospirenone and ethinyl estradiol tablets, 3 mg/0.03 mg are indicated for use by females of reproductive potential to prevent pregnancy. Drospirenone and ethinyl estradiol tablets are a combination of drospirenone, a progestin, and ethinyl estradiol, an estrogen, indicated for use by females of reproductive potential to prevent pregnancy. DROSPIRENONE AND ETHINYL ESTRADIOL Tablets USP, 3 mg/0.03 mg are available in a carton of three pouches, each pouch contains a blister of 28 tablets. Each blister pack contains 28 uncoated tablets in the following order: • 21 round, biconvex, white to off-white, uncoated tablets debossed with 246 on one side and plain on other side, each containing 3 mg drospirenone and 0.03 mg ethinyl estradiol • 7 round, biconvex, green, uncoated tablets debossed with 303 on one side and plain on other side NDC 0378-7300-53, carton of 3 pouches, each pouch containing a blister of 28 tablets. 16.2 Storage Store at 20° to 25°C (68° to 77°F).
